Do I need a reservation?
Reservation is not required.
How much is the admission fee?
Admission is ¥1,800 per person, including one drink. Children aged 6 and under may enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, QR code payments, and transit IC cards. Cash is not accepted.
Can children enter the store?
Yes, children are welcome. However, there are stairs inside the store, so for safety reasons, strollers are not allowed in the deck area.
We kindly ask all customers to leave their strollers in the designated stroller parking area.
Are restrooms available?
Yes, restrooms are available inside the store.
Is there a smoking area?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the store.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes. You may re-enter for free within 2 hours with your receipt. Please inform our staff before leaving. If you return after 2 hours, we kindly ask that you purchase another drink. Please note that re-entry is not allowed without the original receipt.
What kinds of drinks are available?
We offer a wide variety of drinks, including soft drinks, matcha drinks, beer, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages.
Seasonal and limited-time drinks are also available. Please ask our staff for details.
Is there space for strollers or suitcases?
Yes, a designated storage area is available inside the store.
Is there a time limit for my stay?
No time limit applies. Please relax and enjoy one of the best views of Shibuya at your own pace.
When is the store most crowded?
The store is typically most crowded in the late afternoon and evening. Visiting in the morning is recommended for a more relaxed experience.

Due to steps and level differences within the store, accessibility is limited. We recommend contacting us in advance for assistance.
Can I use a tripod?
No. Tripods of any size are not allowed inside the store.

Opening hours are 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Last entry is at 9:30 PM. Please note that hours may change without prior notice.

Is the store outdoors?
The store includes both outdoor and indoor lounge areas, allowing guests to enjoy the view even on rainy days.
Is photography allowed?
Yes, photography for personal use is allowed. However, tripods, selfie sticks, and drones are strictly prohibited.
