If you would like to take pictures on the premises, please apply according to the following order.
Please note that we may decline depending on the content.
For those who wish to shoot video on the premises
1. Please read the following and apply from the "Site shooting application form" on the page below.
• Please send as soon as possible as soon as the date, place, content, etc. of the shooting are decided. The deadline for receipt of applications is 5:00 p.m. two days prior to the desired date of shooting (or two business days prior if the day falls on a weekend or holiday).
• Please apply from the application form once a day on the desired shooting date.
• Schedule the shooting so that it can be completed in the morning on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
• If you are shooting on TV or using a talent model, please consult with a spokesperson at the planning stage.
• If you would like to go inside each shop to take pictures, or if you would like to take pictures or interview the shop staff, please contact the press, store manager, public relations, etc. of each shop separately to confirm the availability of coverage in advance. Please submit the application form if the shop has permission to interview.
• As a general rule, photography staff are requested to enter and leave the building from the employee entrance on the side of the JR railroad tracks.
2. One of the SHIBUYA109 spokespersons will contact you for confirmation by the day before the shooting date.
• The person in charge varies depending on the day of the week, so a person other than the person who originally made the inquiry may contact you.
Please be sure to enter the mobile number of the person in charge of shooting work on the application form.
3. On the day of shooting, please register at the "Disaster Prevention Center" on the 1st floor of MAGNET by SHIBUYA109.
• At the reception, we will lend you a press pass sticker and a card key for shooting on the premises. Please be sure to return the card key to the "Disaster Prevention Center" after shooting.

Precautions for use
If you do not comply with the following rules, shooting will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Basic notes
• Please proceed with the shooting carefully so as not to bother the customer.
• Be sure to wear a press pass sticker for photography, except for the cast.
• Place cameras and staff so that they are not blocked at the entrance of the shop near the shooting location or in front of the display.
• Please use the minimum number of interviewing staff.
• The use of trolleys is prohibited inside the building.
• Please do not shoot outside the shop where you have permission to shoot, or interview the clerk. We kindly ask you to refrain from interviewing and shooting with your consent on the spot.
• Please refrain from taking pictures of the cash register (cash is reflected)
• Dangerous goods are strictly prohibited in the hall.
• Smoking, eating and drinking at MAGNET by SHIBUYA109 stores is strictly prohibited.
• We do not accept any request for coverage of gangsters, members of similar antisocial forces, or those who have a close relationship with them.
• The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to the user or a third party during the interview and shooting.
Shooting prohibited place
• Shooting is prohibited in the following places under any circumstances. Please note.
• Backyard (all floors)
• In the toilet
Precautions when talents, artists, models, etc. come to the museum for shooting
• On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we will refuse to shoot with talents.
• If we determine that it is necessary to confirm the contents, we will discuss in advance and decide whether or not to accept it.
• Your company may arrange for a professional security guard to avoid confusion at the sales floor.
• If it causes inconvenience to general customers due to congestion or crowds, we will cancel even during shooting.
